The simplest Smoothie

This is my go to smoothie recipe when there's barely anything in the house, and I feel like being somewhat healthy. It’s vegan, it’s creamy, it’s sweet, honestly it’s just a good time. 

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 ripe bananas (sliced & frozen for extra creaminess)
  • 1 cup of plant milk 
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract (optional)
  • 0.5 tsp of cinnamon (optional)
  • Water (if you need it)

 

Method:

Just whizz it up. It may take some time depending on the quality of your blender, but if it starts struggling, just add more water. The longer you blend, the creamier it’ll be.
